রিটার্ণ এর নিয়মাবলী
পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, পরিধানহীন, ধোয়াহীন এবং কোনো ত্রুটি ছাড়াই হতে হবে। ফ্যাশন পণ্যগুলি মানানসই কিনা তা দেখার জন্য চেষ্টা করা যেতে পারে এবং এগুলো পরিধানহীন বলে বিবেচিত হবে। যদি একটি পণ্য আমাদের কাছে অপর্যাপ্ত অবস্থায় ফেরত দেওয়া হয়, আমরা তা আপনার কাছে ফেরত পাঠানোর অধিকার রাখি।পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অরিজিনাল এবং অবিকল প্রস্তুতকারকের প্যাকেজিং/বক্সে রিটার্ন করতে হবে।
আপনি আপনার ফিরতকৃত পণ্যটি আমাদের রাজশ্রী শাড়ীজ এর মেমুসহ ফিরত দিতে হবে। বিক্রিত পণ্য এক সপ্তাহের মধ্যে ফিরত দিতে হবে।
রিফান্ড ইস্যুকরণ
১. আপনার রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময় নির্ভর করে রিফান্ডের ধরণ এবং পেমেন্ট মেথডের উপর।
২. রিফান্ডের পরিমানের মধ্যে পণ্যের মূল্য এবং শিপিং ফি অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবে।
রিফান্ডের ধরণ
রাজশ্রী শাড়ীজ নিম্নলিখিত রিফান্ডের ধরণ অনুযায়ী রিফান্ড প্রসেস করবে -
১. আপনার পণ্য আমাদের হাতে ফেরত আসার পর আমরা যাচাই করে কোনো ধরনের ত্রুটি পেলে অবশ্যই পণ্যটি পরিবর্তন করে দেওয়া হবে।
২. বাতিল করার সময় থেকে সফলভাবে প্রক্রিয়া শেষে রিফান্ড স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে করা হয়।
৩. অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন যে আপনার শিপিং ঠিকানার উপর নির্ভর করে সময়ের তারতম্য হতে পারে।
শিশুদের তথ্য

Return and Refund Policy
Conditions for Returns
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without defects. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in inadequate condition, we reserve the right to return it to you.
Product must be returned in original and exact manufacturer's packaging/box.
You must return your returned product to us along with Rajshree Sareej memo. Products sold must be returned within one week.
Issuance of Refunds
1. Your refund processing time depends on the refund type and payment method.
2. Refund amount will include product price and shipping fee.
Refund Type Rajshree Sareej will process refunds as per the following refund modes – 1. After your product is returned to us, we will check and replace the product if any defects are found. 2. Refunds are made automatically from the time of cancellation to the successful completion of the process. 3. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address.
